As Acting VP Corporate Strategy he shaped the group's flexibility strategy; as a business builder he took E.ON Sweden's smart-metering service Elna from idea to scale. Markus Hackmann is the managing director of P3 and responsible for the area of e-mobility. After completing his engineering studies at the University of Newcastle upon Tyne, he joined P3 in 2006 and has since been working on numerous projects in the field of e-mobility technology strategies, lithium-ion batteries and the charging of electric vehicles. Petter Haugneland is Assistant Secretary General of the Norwegian EV Association and Vice Chair of the Global EV Drivers’ Alliance (GEVA). With extensive experience representing EV member organizations, he brings a user-focused perspective on charging, ownership, and needs of everyday EV drivers. Representing the interests and experiences of more than 100,000 EV drivers in Norway, he works with policymakers, industry stakeholders, and the public to accelerate the transition to electric mobility worldwide.

Puya Neda is a consultant specializing in EV roaming and interoperability for companies across Europe, North America, Africa, and Latin America.

Reserve & Charge (R&C) is a UK-based mobility technology company delivering an open, interoperable platform for EV charging reservations and charging orchestration. Working with industry partners across the UK and Europe, R&C is bringing OCPI-based reservation capabilities into real-world deployments, using open standards to enable seamless interoperability between charge point operators, mobility service providers, and roaming hubs. Its solutions support a wide range of use cases, from everyday public charging to mission-critical fleet operations, including electric heavy goods vehicles (eHGVs), helping make charging more predictable and reliable for drivers and fleets.

Richard is the Product & Operations Director for Smart Charge – a dedicated EV charging business that gives drivers access to ultra-rapid EV charging across Sainsbury’s stores. An e-mobility specialist, he is focused on developing profitable business models that are technically reliable and delight customers. Richard manages the product and platform roadmap and ensures the daily operations and maintenance of all charging stations for Smart Charge at Sainsbury’s.

Prior to joining Sainsbury’s, Richard led the digital approach to charging for JLR’s Electric Vehicles and spent a decade in consulting across the EV charging industry for auto OEMs, energy retailers, innovative start-ups and fuels retailers.

Robert van Gent is Charging Manager of the Dutch EV Drivers Association (Vereniging Elektrische Rijders). As an enthousiastic electric vehicle driver himself since 2015 he brings forward the user's perspective on subjects such as price transparancy, smart charging, charging at home owners associations. Robert works with policy makers, government and industry representatives in the Nationale Agenda Laadinfrastructuur where he represents the experience and interest of more than 23.000 association members.

Rogier Wissink is a seasoned e-mobility professional with deep expertise in EV charging software and platform migration. At GreenFlux, he helps charge point operators, mobility service providers, and partners implement scalable, hardware-agnostic charging solutions that support sustainable growth.

Known for his pragmatic and collaborative approach, Rogier combines analytical insight with real-life experience to support customers reach their business goals. With international experience and a background as a professional athlete, he thrives on teamwork and guiding organisations through complex transitions in the fast-evolving EV landscape.

Roman Heß is Senior Asset Manager at Elaway, where he is responsible for asset and product management for the German market as well as the roaming product on Group level. Having been with Elaway for four years, he has played a key role in developing and scaling the company’s charging offering and its roaming capabilities across Europe. As Elaway transitions into Joulia, he continues to drive the development of scalable charging products and partnerships.

Rowald Oosterkamp is Commercial Director at Velian, one of the largest public charging network operators in the Netherlands with more than 17.551 charging stations. He is responsible for the company’s commercial activity across municipal concessions, Real estate locations and logistics, and has held the role since October 2025.

Rowald has worked in e-mobility since 2013. He started at ElaadNL as product manager for a B2B roaming platform, then spent three years at Shell Recharge Solutions across product management and strategic partnerships, before roles at CTEK and Vandebron, where he was Head of Electric Mobility. From 2018 to 2020 he also served on the board of the Dutch e-mobility association eViolin working on interoperability and roaming. He holds an MSc in Business Development from the University of Groningen.

Today, he brings that full-chain perspective, from platform interoperability to commercial strategy, to Velian’s mission of scaling reliable, investment-free charging infrastructure across the Netherlands.

Ryan leads research on Charging Infrastructure at BloombergNEF. He covers the technology, policy and economic factors shaping the sector and how its evolution will affect the transport and utility industries. Ryan authors research on the status of the industry, financial analysis and forecasts. He regularly contributes to Bloomberg’s Hyperdrive column with opinions and analysis from his research.

Prior to joining BloombergNEF, Ryan worked at Jaguar Land Rover for five years, working on their electrification and mobility strategies. Ryan holds a master’s degree in Automotive Technology from the University of Warwick and a degree in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Liverpool.

Sandra is a serial entrepreneur and thought leader in the energy sector. She is the co-founder and CGO of Beebop. She previously co-founded tiko, Europe’s first scaling residential Virtual Power Plant, acquired by the multinational utility ENGIE. She also co-founded XAdvice, an Insight-as-a-Service platform in energy. She holds board positions at Energie360, Qvantum Technologies, ADEV Wind and Junction Growth Investors.
