As the General Manager of Energy & Charging Infrastructure at Einride, Mathias is at the forefront of building out the necessary solutions to power the future of freight. He leads the development and expansion of a comprehensive charging ecosystem for electric trucks. This work encompasses the full spectrum of the value chain, from charging hardware and site development to creating innovative business models and implementing intelligent, integrated software platforms to ensure seamless and efficient operations.

Before joining Einride, Mathias held senior e-mobility leadership roles at a major European energy company. There, he was instrumental in spearheading the development of pan-European ultra-fast charging networks and creating dedicated, large-scale charging solutions for commercial and logistics partners.

His deep expertise across the entire charging ecosystem—from the physical hardware to the digital intelligence that optimizes it—makes him a leading voice on the practical and scalable implementation of electric freight.
