Sofiane is a Public Affairs Officer at Avere-France, French trade association promoting EV deployment in France. He oversees policy issues related to demand-side flexibility, grid access and energy taxation. Having held several public affairs positions across Paris, Brussels and Milan, Sofiane has a comprehensive knowledge of energy and mobility policy at both the French and EU levels. Prior to join Avere-France, Sofiane was already dedicated to greening the transport sector where he served as EU public affairs officer at French railway industries association.

Stefan Ivanov is the Chief Revenue Officer at AMPECO. He has over 20 years experience in the IT industry and brings a wealth of knowledge in scaling B2B Enterprise companies, business development, sales, management, and consulting. Stefan is leading AMPECO’s global sales and business development efforts. He is a speaker and consultant for technology companies on topics such as sales, business strategy, go-to-marketing, and international expansion.

Stefan Burkartis Head of Partnerships at Monta, the platform powering EV charging operations across Europe and North America. He works with hardware makers, software vendors and partners right across the charging ecosystem. Before Monta he spent years in automotive electrification and autonomous driving at Magna. He is an engineer and an economist by training, which helps in an industry where the commercial and the technical aspects are hard to separate.

As the Subject Matter Export for Plug&Charge and Digital Ecosystems at Hubject, Steffen Rhinow leverages over a decade of experience in the automotive industry to pinpoint possible challenges in the eMobility ecosystem and resolve them with smart, scalable solutions.

With his hands-on expertise in automotive development, ISO 15118 and PKIs, Steffen drives forward the mass-adoption of EVs by providing seamless and next level EV charging experience with Hubject’s solutions. In his current role, Steffen leads the development and implementation of the Hubject Plug&Charge and Ecosystem Solutions. A vocal supporter of open-access rights and interoperability, Steffen is part of multiple activities that drive forward global standardisations, policies and non-proprietary protocols.

Steve has spent over 25 years scaling businesses from early stage to exit.  As part of Alantra’s energy transition fund, Klima, he provides funding and hands-on support to its portfolio companies. Leveraging his experience in hardware and software, B2B & B2C across multiple markets, Steve supports growth stage portfolio in operational matters, working closely with Klima’s network of experts for specialist functional and sector advice.

Previously, Steve was Managing Director of a challenger telecoms brand Tiscali in the UK and Managing Director of the smart energy platform AlertMe, before its sale to Centrica and re-branding as ‘Hive’.  Since 2016, he has been an independent investor & board director in the energy transition, focusing on energy storage and electric vehicle charging.  Board roles prior to joining Alantra include directorships at Moixa Energy, Homeserve membership and Chairman at EO Charging.

Steve has served as a Trustee for The Woodland Trust and holds an MBA from Imperial College.

Steven Salo is CEO of Allego and a strong advocate for putting drivers at the heart of the EV charging experience. He leads Allego’s mission to accelerate sustainable mobility by making charging fast, reliable and available wherever drivers need it.

Thomas Rahmen is Managing Director of GreenFlux, a leading provider of EV charging software and services. With nearly a decade of experience in e-mobility, he has held leadership roles spanning product development, technology and business strategy, including serving as CTO of SMART/LAB. Today, he leads GreenFlux in helping charge point operators, mobility service providers and partners build reliable, scalable and interoperable charging ecosystems. Thomas is passionate about accelerating the growth of electric mobility through innovation, collaboration and digitalisation.

With a decade of experience in e-mobility, Tobias has led charging product and strategic roles across the ecosystem - from OEM integration to hardware-side commercial e-mobility before joining DCS, where he now focuses on leading the product management of DCS’s charging services.

Trishan Peruma is the CEO of Hubject North America, leading operations across the U.S., Canada, and Mexico. He oversees the growth of Hubject's Plug&Charge ecosystem and Intercharge eRoaming network while advising on product and consulting strategy. With over 12 years of global experience in energy and eMobility, Trishan has held leadership roles at Shell, Pod Point, and ViriCiti. He has led EV charging software and infrastructure projects with major transit agencies, including LA Metro, the Toronto Transit Commission, and the Chicago Transit Authority. Trishan holds a Master's in International Law from the University of Sydney, with a focus on energy and climate policy, and a Bachelor of Business from Monash University.

Velizar Velkov brings eight years of specialized experience at Worldline, where he has been instrumental in shaping payment solutions for the EV charging industry. A recognized expert in eMobility, payments, and sustainable business model design, he combines deep technical knowledge with a strategic eye for where the industry is headed.

Vladyslav Latypov is a senior e-mobility professional specializing in EV roaming and partner management. At E.ON SE he works as Partner Management Lead, EMP responsible for management of E.ON Drive EMP product across 14 markets. With 7+ years of experience working across both B2C and B2B segments, he brings deep practical insight into how charging ecosystems scale and interoperate. In parallel, Vladyslav is known for demystifying complex topics such as roaming networks, charging partner ecosystems, and interoperability frameworks, making them accessible to a broad industry audience through educational content. His expertise bridges commercial strategy, partner programs, and the technical underpinnings of EV roaming that enable seamless charging experiences and network profitability.

A graduate of the École Nationale d’Ingénieurs de Saint-Etienne (ENISE/Centrale Lyon), Wilfried began his career in the Vinci Group’s Construction division before joining VINCI Park’s UK subsidiary in 2002 to develop the concession business.

Promoted to International Director in 2005, he is responsible for expansion in Central Europe and North America. In this capacity, he oversaw several mergers and acquisitions, including the acquisition of a stake in the American company LAZ Parking, where he became Senior Vice-President in charge of operations in 2010.

In 2012, he was asked to head up European activities before being appointed, in 2015, to head up the Group’s North American and UK activities, now known as INDIGO. Appointed Director of Digital and Customer Experience in November 2022, he is responsible for the worldwide management of the Digital, Customer Experience and e-Mobility divisions, with the ambition of accelerating the Group’s transformation in these areas.

Wolfgang Ademmer has been Chief Marketing Officer at Alpitronic since April 2023 and is an expert in electromobility and charging technology. He oversees the strategic direction and international marketing, including the megawatt charging system HYC1000, launched in February 2025. Passionate about e-mobility, Ademmer has worked in the field since 2017, advising companies on product development and sales. His career in power electronics began in 1991, including leadership roles at Infineon and as CEO of a Swiss semiconductor company.

​​Senior Principal at AFRY Management Consulting, Yasmine Assef supports clients on their decision-making in the field of energy transition, with a focus on decarbonized transport, e-mobility, and energy flexibility. Yasmine has more than 25 years of experience in the energy industry, starting her career in the field of energy management systems and smart grids at Alstom Grid. Prior to joining AFRY, she was Energy Services Program Director at Renault Group, leading the design, deployment, and operations of charging services for Electric Vehicles, including vehicle-to-grid and Smart Charging. Yasmine has a master’s degree and a PhD in Electrical Engineering.
