He oversees policy issues related to demand-side flexibility, grid access and energy taxation. Having held several public affairs positions across Paris, Brussels and Milan, Sofiane has a comprehensive knowledge of energy and mobility policy at both the French and EU levels. Prior to join Avere-France, Sofiane was already dedicated to greening the transport sector where he served as EU public affairs officer at French railway industries association.

Steve has spent over 25 years scaling businesses from early stage to exit.  As part of Alantra’s energy transition fund, Klima, he provides funding and hands-on support to its portfolio companies. Leveraging his experience in hardware and software, B2B & B2C across multiple markets, Steve supports growth stage portfolio in operational matters, working closely with Klima’s network of experts for specialist functional and sector advice.

Previously, Steve was Managing Director of a challenger telecoms brand Tiscali in the UK and Managing Director of the smart energy platform AlertMe, before its sale to Centrica and re-branding as ‘Hive’.  Since 2016, he has been an independent investor & board director in the energy transition, focusing on energy storage and electric vehicle charging.  Board roles prior to joining Alantra include directorships at Moixa Energy, Homeserve membership and Chairman at EO Charging.

Steve has served as a Trustee for The Woodland Trust and holds an MBA from Imperial College.

Trishan holds a Master's in International Law from the University of Sydney, with a focus on energy and climate policy, and a Bachelor of Business from Monash University.

His expertise bridges commercial strategy, partner programs, and the technical underpinnings of EV roaming that enable seamless charging experiences and network profitability.

A graduate of the École Nationale d’Ingénieurs de Saint-Etienne (ENISE/Centrale Lyon), Wilfried began his career in the Vinci Group’s Construction division before joining VINCI Park’s UK subsidiary in 2002 to develop the concession business.

Promoted to International Director in 2005, he is responsible for expansion in Central Europe and North America. In this capacity, he oversaw several mergers and acquisitions, including the acquisition of a stake in the American company LAZ Parking, where he became Senior Vice-President in charge of operations in 2010.

In 2012, he was asked to head up European activities before being appointed, in 2015, to head up the Group’s North American and UK activities, now known as INDIGO. Appointed Director of Digital and Customer Experience in November 2022, he is responsible for the worldwide management of the Digital, Customer Experience and e-Mobility divisions, with the ambition of accelerating the Group’s transformation in these areas.

Prior to joining AFRY, she was Energy Services Program Director at Renault Group, leading the design, deployment, and operations of charging services for Electric Vehicles, including vehicle-to-grid and Smart Charging.
