Paul Wambugu is a highly professional investment manager with a strong focus on green energy investments and sustainable manufacturing, aimed at creating jobs and driving opportunities in Africa. He holds a Bachelor of Economics (Hons) from Moi University, an MBA from Kenyatta University, and is a Certified Public Accountant (K) from Strathmore University.

He plays a key role in promoting Power-to-X solutions and in aligning investments to emerging global demand for clean fuels and climate-aligned exports. In addition, Paul is at the forefront of electric mobility (e-mobility) development in Kenya and the region, supporting the design of scalable business models for EV charging infrastructure, battery manufacturing, and mobility-as-a-service platforms powered by renewable energy.

He has led and contributed to multiple regional renewable energy collaborations involving geothermal, solar, and wind projects, positioning Kenya and East Africa as key players in the African clean energy landscape. His work increasingly bridges investment strategy with climate action, technology innovation, and cross-border energy partnerships to build a resilient, green African economy.
