How would you explain your business model?

Rightcharge licenses its reimbursement technology to the companies that already sit closest to fleets and their drivers: energy suppliers, fuel card providers, leasing companies and charger installers. The technology is modular. Partners can license just the pieces they need to extend what they've already built: live tariff data to price each session accurately, direct payment into a driver's home energy account, or vehicle-level fraud prevention to confirm only the correct business vehicle gets reimbursed. Moving from a single module to the full reimbursement service later is a technical extension, not a rebuild. For partners who want the complete product from the outset, Rightcharge also offers a full reimbursement service, run on a commercial model co-designed with each partner rather than a fixed template. This is already proven by partners who live on the platform. Octopus Electroverse's white-label integration went live within five months of build starting and now runs pilot fleets in France and Germany alongside its established UK service; a complete, end-to-end charging solution has helped it win enterprise tenders and RFPs that would otherwise sit out of reach. RightFuelCard, EdenRed's SME fuel card brand, added home reimbursement through a reseller partnership without a lengthy build.

What makes your idea unique compared to your competitors?

The petrol station used to be where fuel spend happened; fleets could see exactly what a vehicle cost to fuel. EVs changed that. The petrol station is now often someone's driveway, and the cost of charging a work vehicle disappears into a personal home energy bill, mixed in with everything else the household  pays for.Rightcharge pulls that cost back out again. The home charger reports how much energy was used. The energy supplier confirms the live tariff rate at that exact moment, even if it changes every thirty minutes or the driver switches supplier. The vehicle itself confirms the session was the work car, not someone else's.Put together, that gives an exact figure, paid straight back onto the driver's home energy bill. Every company with fleet customers hits the same problem: reimbursing home charging accurately is complicated and would take too much internal investment. Rightcharge lets them license it instead. As Ashley Boaden, Senior Director of Business Development at Pod (an EDF Company), put it:. "Working with Rightcharge has been transformational for Pod, leveling up the capabilities we provide for businesses looking to electrify their fleets. Together we ensure fleet drivers are automatically reimbursed for their home EV charging, making the switch to electric totally seamless and simple”.

Where do you see your company in the next 5 years?

Rightcharge will become the technology behind all home charging reimbursement for energy suppliers, fuel card providers, leasing companies and charger installers across Europe. Home reimbursement is the starting point. The same data that makes it accurate also unlocks what comes next: smart charging, so employees can shift onto cheaper tariffs; grid flexibility, turning parked fleet vehicles into a revenue-generating asset; and vehicle-to-grid, where accurate reimbursement becomes the financial record V2G payments depend on.We will be in every fleet supplier's tech stack. We will power tens or hundreds of thousands of electric fleet drivers and help with the transition to electric.
