How would you explain your business model?

JOULIFY operates a scalable B2B SaaS business model targeting companies with commercial EV fleets and charging infrastructure. Customers pay recurring subscription fees based on the modules they use and the number of managed vehicles, charging points and locations. Additional revenues are generated through setup and integration services as well as connectivity and transaction - based services.Our modular platform allows customers to start with individual capabilities such as fleet or charging management and expand toward integrated energy management and smart charging as their EV infrastructure grows. This creates recurring revenues with strong expansion potential . As customers electrify more vehicles, install additional charging points and connect further sites, JOULIFY grows with them.

What makes your idea unique compared to your competitors?

JOULIFY bridges the gap between fleet operations and the energy system. While fleet, charging and energy management are traditionally handled in separate systems, our Fleet2Grid platform connects them in one intelligent optimization layer. JOULIFY understands when a vehicle arrives, its state of charge, when it needs to leave again and how much energy it requires and combines this information with grid constraints, renewable generation and electricity prices. Our energy optimizer always keeps track and calculates the perfect charging plan. This enables charging to be optimized not only around energy costs, but around the actual operational needs of the fleet. Our unique idea is to make commercial EV fleets an active part of the energy system , ensuring operational readiness today while creating the foundation for providing energy flexibility and vehicle -to- grid applications in the future.

Where do you see your company in the next 5 years?

In five years, we envision JOULIFY as a leading European platform for intelligent fleet, charging and energy management. Thousands of commercial vehicles and charging points will be connected through our Fleet2Grid platform , enabling companies to operate and electrify their fleets efficiently across multiple sites. Beyond managing fleets and charging infrastructure, JOULIFY will orchestrate when and how vehicles consume, store and eventually return energy. By combining operational fleet requirements with electricity prices, renewable generation and grid constraints, we aim to unlock the flexibility potential of commercial EV fleets at scale. Our ambition is to make JOULIFY the intelligent link between mobility and energy , turning commercial fleets into an active part of tomorrow’s energy system.
