How would you explain your business model?

ChargeMate licenses a custom AI agent to public/private charging networks. We bill on a per port subscription or fee per AI interaction. Our AI assistant delivers Tier 1 driver support in over 75 languages through voice, chat, and SMS/text -- resolving issues in real-time, restarting chargers, and guiding drivers through payment or connector issues. One of our North American customers saw a 98.6% first-attempt success rate with 5x more drivers served than the incumbent call center.

What makes your idea unique compared to your competitors?

We are building the AI customer experience platform for the EV industry, starting with public CPOs. We were first to introduce a custom AI agent (and patent it). Most of our competitors focus on backend charging logs but miss the “user error” that arrived at a fault in the first place. Our resolution rates are above 90%.

Where do you see your company in the next 5 years?

We see ourselves as the unified data layer between CPOs, CPMS providers, charging hardware manufacturers, and auto OEMs - driving up charge success rates to 99% and improving the driver experience. We may build voice and chat AI for the vehicle and the charging providers.
