How would you explain your business model?
A managed service, sold through two channels, with one pricing logic: Pulse is priced to the fleet it watches, network size for operators and units shipped for manufacturers; support, whether for drivers or for a manufacturer's customers, is priced per interaction. Cost follows the work rather than seat counts. Charge point operators subscribe directly. Because we sit above the CPMS instead of replacing it, onboarding takes days, not months, and every customer is served by one 24/7 operation. Charger manufacturers buy the same service for the fleet they ship: every unit leaves the factory covered, their customers answered 24/7, fewer faults landing back at the factory. The service grows with the customer, from resolving incidents to recovering the revenue gap site by site.
What makes your idea unique compared to your competitors?
Every tool in this market reads charger telemetry. What nobody else captures is the driver who could not charge, and what surrounds the site commercially: the prices nearby, the competition, the location. On our own networks, more than 9 in 10 failed charging sessions never reach a support line, the driver simply leaves, and the dashboard stays green. We sit on both sides of that gap, because we run the charger fault resolution and the driver conversation ourselves. When a driver tells us charging failed, we know which charger, which connector and which session they mean, and we can see whether energy actually flowed once it was fixed. Nobody else holds charger data, driver experience and market context in one place. That is what turns "this site is underperforming" into a number with an action attached. Take one site as a worked example: it loses €4,000 a month, €2,500 of that is a fault we can fix, €1,000 is pricing, and €500 is the location itself. Everyone watches the chargers. We watch the money.
Where do you see your company in the next 5 years?
In five years, Amp Assist will be to the money side of charging what the CPMS became to its operations: the layer everyone runs. The two sensors powering it are already live on production networks in Europe, the US and South America: AI-first driver support with humans behind it 24/7, and charger fault resolution that fixes remotely and routes the rest, diagnosis attached. Chargers will leave the factory with our service already on board, and networks will run it above whatever stack they already own. "What should this site earn?" will be a question with an answer, checked as routinely as uptime is today.
