How would you explain your business model?
We offer an open, vendor-neutral EMS/CMS to operators of large EV-charging and multi-asset sites. We capture value upfront on hardware, software and client-specific engineering, then recurring on the connected platform. Rather than a one-off vendor sale, we work through co-creation — accompanying the client and tailoring specific features to their needs. This builds long-term partnerships instead of transactional relationships. And it drives organic expansion across large multi-site portfolios.
What makes your idea unique compared to your competitors?
We run the intelligence on the local controller, not the cloud. What sets us apart: direct manufacturer-API interface for real-time control, not just OCPP; regulation on the local controller, staying fully autonomous even without the cloud; multi-level regulation across the whole electrical tree, down to each charge point; advanced optimisation algorithm that stays fully multi-brand; total hardware independence, adapting to each site's as-is setup; multi-site management that collects data and enables machine learning; and a multi-asset interface covering chargers, PV, batteries, meters and building loads.
Where do you see your company in the next 5 years?
Over the next five years we want to keep expanding with our customers, connecting more of their EV-charging and multi-asset sites. We're also moving into charge management (CMS) for buses and trucks. We aim to use the data to give operators smarter control and add useful new services on top of what they already do.
