Elisa Paoli brings more than 10 years of experience in renewable energy, industrial decarbonization, and business development. As Director of Business Development and Strategy at Plexar Energy, she leads commercial strategy, partnerships, and growth initiatives focused on industrial electrification and microgrids. Prior to joining Plexar, she was part of the Investor Relations and Business Development team at Copenhagen Infrastructure Partners (CIP), where she contributed to the creation of the Microgrid Electrification Fund (MEF) and Plexar Energy. Earlier in her career, she worked across strategy, innovation, and business development in the energy sector, including as a management consultant at Boston Consulting Group (BCG).
