Seasoned practitioner in the energy, financial and FMCG markets. As a C-level executive leader, Aleksander managed his own public affairs agency and a number of newtech projects. He is an enthusiast of innovation and new technology solutions. An author of over 100 articles on e-mobility and sustainable transport for both Polish and English publications. Lawyer, alumnus of the Warsaw University Faculty of Law. In PSNM, Aleksander is responsible for managing international affairs, project management, EU regulations and the battery sector. Aleksander is a trainer at the European Battery Alliance Skills Institute, a member of the European Partnership for Green Hydrogen and lectures European Law and Regulations for New Mobility at the Warsaw University of Technology. Aleksander is also a frequent speaker and expert at global conferences and event.

PSNM currently has 290 members (automotive, lithium-ion batteries, EV charging, financial institutions, hydrogen, logistic, etc.), over 150 partnerships (NGOs and institutions) and works with over 70 Polish cities. PSM annually implements over 50 various projects, including pilot projects and TCO analyses. PSNM has issued over 500 publications since 2016 and operates a database of over 500 000 datapoints. Currently, PSNM is the largest zero emission trade organization in Europe, but it is also a member of E-Mobility Europe.
